O'Berry's notebook on the history of Smithtown, including grave transcriptions and a census of the community of St. James, 1892; and papers concerning the dredging of Smithtown harbor, including petitions and correspondence with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, 1895-1918. Town records include assessment rolls, 1819 and 1848; election records with expenses, 1895; a road warrant, 1883; and tax lists, 1934.
